How to use it

From inputs to a useful decision

  2. Enter the target tutoring hours, session length, and available days per week.
  3. Use the required weekly pace and capacity check to shape the schedule.

Calculation method

The formula

Sessions needed = target hours divided by session length. Sessions per week = sessions needed divided by weeks available.

Example

Questions

Tutoring Hours and Session Planner FAQ

How are partial sessions handled?

The total number of sessions is rounded up so the plan reaches at least the target number of tutoring hours.

What does schedule capacity mean?

It compares required sessions per week with the number of days you said are available. More than one session per available day may still be possible, but it deserves review.

Does this replace an academic study plan?

No. It gives a tutoring cadence. Independent practice, assignments, revision, and breaks should be planned separately.
